Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Slotta. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Businesses using Slotta are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business and account information
• Keeping services, staff, and availability information accurate and up to date
• Maintaining the security of their account
• All communications sent to their customers through Slotta

You agree not to use Slotta to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity
• Share prohibited, harmful, or infringing content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its security

• Businesses are responsible for obtaining appropriate customer consent before sending messages, where required.
• All messaging must comply with applicable laws and with Meta and WhatsApp policies.
• Spam, abuse, fraudulent activity, and prohibited content are not allowed.

Slotta works with third-party services, including:

• Meta / WhatsApp
• Twilio
• Calendar providers
• Other connected services

Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. J2O LLC is not responsible for third-party services.

Slotta may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Slotta for misuse, policy violations, non-payment, security concerns, or other applicable reasons.

Slotta and its software, design, and content are owned by J2O LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Businesses keep ownership of the content and data they provide.

Slotta is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J2O LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of Slotta.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Slotta after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
