• Reschedule or cancel appointments

Slotta relies on third-party services to operate, where applicable, including:

• Meta / WhatsApp, for messaging
• Twilio, for messaging and communications
• Calendar providers, for scheduling and availability
• Hosting, infrastructure, analytics, and other service providers

These providers process information on our behalf, or as needed to deliver the service, under their own terms and privacy policies.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate Slotta, with the business a customer is booking with, and when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, J2O LLC, or others.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legitimate business needs, and satisfy legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Users and businesses may request to:

• Access the information we hold about them
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete their information
